Foster Grandparent Program

Persons over the age of 55 who meet income eligibility requirements are provided a stipend, transportation and a meal as they establish one-to-one relationships with children who have special or exceptional needs.

Foster Grandparents serve at one of the following sites:  Women and Children's Hospital; Cantalician Center; Aspire; Bornhava; Baker Victory Services, Group Home; Heritage; Amherst Central School District; YWCA City & Family Court; Holy Innocents Child Care Center; Head Start Program; Buffalo Public Schools; St. John's Christian Academy; Cornerstone Manor; HANCI at the VA Child Learning Center; Enterprise Charter School; Pinnacle Charter School; Homespace; Salvation Army; Grace Nurseryland; St. Stephens and St. Ambrose Elementary Schools; Gerard Place; Deaconess Center; Family Justice Center, and Journey's Child Enrichment Center.
