ESPRI - Niagara Falls

The Niagara Falls Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative, utilizing a pipeline of social, educational and training services, empowers residents of the City of Niagara Falls – through care coordination, collective impact, and holistic service provision – to progress from situations of poverty and unemployment to stable, sustainable, and career-centered employment.

ESPRI is led by a steering committee with representatives from Catholic Charities (lead organization), Niagara Organizing Alliance for Hope, the City of Niagara Falls, and the New York State Department of Labor.
