Nutrition~Simply Said

Nutrition~Simply Said is a series of brief (under an hour) trainings offering you and/or your family information and hands-on learning about healthy eating and cooking. The goal is to empower everyone to make healthy food choices a part of every day life.  

Participants receive a free book of healthy recipes, simple tips on buying healthy low-cost foods and a resuable grocery bag.

Classes are offered twice each month at most of our food pantry locations. They are located in Amherst, Buffalo, Kenmore and Lackawanna.

Participating in Nutrition~Simply Said will help you:

Nutrition~Simply Said will also cover health topics like heart health, diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease, chronic kidney disease, eating well for growth and health, and cancer care.
