Education and employment services provided to eligible Erie and Niagara County youth ages 16 to 24. Services under this program include High School Equivalency instruction, individualized academic goals and objectives, and post-secondary school education planning, along with job readiness skills training, paid work experiences, resume and cover letter writing and job search resources.
Classes are currently offered in Erie County at Catholic Charities’ offices at 525 Washington St., Buffalo; 170 Kerns Ave., Buffalo; and 75 Caldwell Place, Lackawanna; and at the Seneca Babcock Community Center, 1168 Seneca St., Buffalo. Tutoring services are also provided across Erie County, depending on individuals' needs.
In Niagara County, services are offered at Catholic Charities' North Tonawanda location, 1465 Payne Ave.; in Niagara Falls at the Doris W. Jones Family Resource Building Universal, 3001 9th St.; and in Lockport at 450 Bewley Building, Market at Main. Please call (716) 694-7749, ext. 218, for more information.
